Why per location and not per employee?
Because per-employee pricing charges you for hiring, and in shift work the headcount moves constantly. A flat price per location means adding a weekend barista is a staffing decision, not a billing one.
What counts as a location?
One physical site with its own schedule and its own kiosk. Two shops on the same street are two locations; two counters inside one shop are one.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly, cancel whenever, and you can export everything on the way out.
What happens after the trial?
Fourteen days, all features, no card up front. If you do nothing at the end of it the account goes read-only rather than deleting your data.
